Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers who need automotive service or repairs- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance based on customer concerns and vehicle inspections- Explain repair estimates and obtain customer approval for work to be performed- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Experience:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably as a Service Advisor or in a related role- Knowledge of auto body repair, suspension, diesel engine repair, brake repair, and other automotive services- Familiarity with dealership operations and procedures- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle systems- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Proficient computer skills for entering and retrieving customer information-Tekion and wiADVISOR experience a plus- Available to work SaturdaysJob Type:
