The Maintenance Manager is directly responsible for the assignment and coordination and/or execution of activities within the Maintenance group to ensWork
Experience:
Minimum of 8-10 years maintenance or related-industry experience of which 4-6 years of supervision and planningRequires experience in mechanical installation and maintenance work on plant electrical systems and equipmentRequires a broad knowledge of controls and mechanisms.
Proficient in troubleshooting, design and optimization of hydraulic systems.
Degree in technical field is a plus but not requiredSAP/CMMS experience with Maintenance Module is preferred!Excellent problem solving, decision making and planning skillsExcellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite 2007The ability to work in a team environment, which includes being self-motivated, accepting responsibilities, completing assigned action items, and participating in a proactive manner in all team events.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
Technical Skills and Work
Experience:
At least 8-10 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to work in a team environment, which includes but is not limited to being self-motivated, accepting responsibilities, completing assigned action items, and participating in a proactive manner in all team events.
Good problem-solving skills are very important.
Good interpersonal and communication skills required.
Must have good organizational skills to handle multiple projects in various locations.
Computer Software/Skills:
Basic Computer Skills to enter data.
Working knowledge of SAP or CMMSLanguage Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports.
Ability to communicate effectively with other team members.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
