The Material Planner must ensure that the customer demands are fulfilled in line with the stated capacity, without premium costs, coordinating the supTechnical Skills:
o Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or Business Management o SAP experience is a strong asset! o Knowledge of ASN, EDI, Material Handling, inventory and logistics o Shipping and Receiving experience preferred o Able to work with clients, vendors and contractors o Complete understanding of the MS Office Suite o Able to track inventory, finished goodsWork
Experience:
o Must have at least 10 years experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
o Must have at least 8 years working in Supply Chain Management.
o Experience with strategic sourcing o Extensive knowledge in Supply Chain and Materials Management o Knowledge in daily operational and high level production environment of sourcing, including significant interaction with Accounting, Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality- involving strategic and tactical sourcing which includes new product development o Diverse experience in driving total cost improvements and enhancements to organizational efficiency through a coordinated team methodologyAbout the Company:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
