com), is seeking a Benefits Administrator.
Key job duties include but are not limited to:
o Administers policies and procedures in all phases of human resources activity, including hiring and hourly payroll.
o Recruits, interviews, and recommends selection of hourly personnel to fill vacant positions.
Conducts new associate orientation, with a goal of instilling a positive attitude toward company goals and policies.
o Processes weekly payroll in Kronos.
o Administers all aspects of the Family Medical Leave Act program and all disability claims.
o Conducts periodic 'small group' meetings with all associates.
Provides information to management on the feedback received in these meetings.
o Assists associates with health insurance questions and researches problems.
Acts as a liaison between associates and the health insurance carrier.
o Keeps records of insurance coverage and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, departmental transfers, performance reviews, and terminations.
o Prepares associate separation documentation, and conducts exit interviews with hourly associates to determine reasons for the separation.
o Prepares disciplinary actions in HR Manager's absence.
o Conducts new hire and benefit orientation.
o Oversees the processing of the prescription drug program and flex spending account use for reimbursement.
o Enters benefit information for hourly associates in UltiPro.
o Responsible for monthly associate report.
o Maintains personnel work files and records, including Company level training records.
o Assists with planning and conducting events such as the annual company picnic, dinners, lunches, health fairs and other special events.
Assists with ordering gifts / prizes / food as needed for these events.
o Assists with planning activities such as annual hearing testing, first aid training, flu shots and spiro exams for respirator users.
o Oversees associate fund committee.
o Records associate information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason.
o Examines associate files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons.
o Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports.
o Compiles and maintains records for use in associate benefits administration, including criteria for health and fitness credits.
o Responds to associates first aid requirements as needed, while maintaining certification in first aid and CPR.
Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or five years related experience.
Candidates must have the ability to work independently, have strong organizational skills and initiative while working with the group.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
