The Head of Manufacturing/ Product Engineering position is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive salary ($75k+) and benefits, in a growing facility.
Responsiblities
Managing of Engineering and Prototyping department - assigning of projects, resources control and achievement of department goals
Reporting and achieving KPI goals
Countermeasures to non-conformities within quality and technical scope of production and problem solving (PDCA)
Customer communication - project management
Education
High School Diploma/GED plus Bachelors degree in Engineering (Automotive, Industrial, Mechanical).

Production/Manufacturing Engineering
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
